Ask Elizabeth: Duplicating Honeybook Invoices

One of my past clients needed to duplicate an invoice for a new project, and reconcile payments on a current one. I made a reel explaining how to do it:

Duplicating an Invoice in Honeybook, Step by Step:

  1. Open the original Smart File and find the invoice

  2. Click on the vertical three dots on the right side of the invoice

  3. Scroll down to choose “save file as template” and name the new template

  4. Go into your templates, and select folders>saved templates

  5. Click on your new invoice template

  6. Select the current or new project you want to use it in.

You can create a template from any Honeybook smart file block

I do this for contracts and questionnaires, too. All else fails, go to the vertical dots or the cogs. I’ll talk about the cogs next time!

What else do you need to know to make your Honeybook account work for you?

Contact me and let me know what you want to do, and schedule a free Zoom consultation with me.

I’ll talk to you soon,

Elizabeth
