The Honeybook App Saved Me This Week

The Honeybook app is here for you.

All Hail The App!

So, there are comprehensive weeks, and there are comprehensive weeks, and this last week of April was definitely one of those. First week back from vacation, and you know how that goes.

I’ve been THE biggest fan of Honeybook’s app for years, but here’s three ways it helped me stay a little less crazy this week.

Schedule-send an email!

The day I left for my trip to New York (I saw two Broadway shows, ate pizza, and had cocktails at an ex-speakeasy, it was amazing), I promised a potential client I would send her a proposal and a follow-up on Monday. When I opened the app over the weekend, I went into her project on Honeybook, saw that she had opened the file (yes, the app can show you), and scheduled the follow-up email, including a link to schedule another meeting. One less thing to do on Monday.

Grab your Zoom link for a last-minute meeting!

Why was it good that I had at least one less thing to do on Monday? I had a project, and suddenly, I lost a couple of team members (!), and it became clear that emails and Slack wouldn’t cut it to find a fast solution. I pulled up the scheduler block on the app, pulled up an appointment preview, copied my personal Zoom link, and dropped it in the group message. Love it. And yeah, I really should have that link memorized by now.

Check your (whole) calendar!

Honeybook is synced with my Google calendar, so before I sent the Zoom link, I could see on the app how much time I had before my dentist’s appointment. It’s great to have so many parts of your life all in one place. Streamline to simplify!

What else can do in the app?

  • Edit , copy and send smart file templates - it’s a little tight but totally doable

  • Copy your referral link so you can share the Honeybook love

  • Edit availability on any of your appointment sessions

  • Copy the link for your Honeybook contact form to drop into a text or message

  • Open up the Breathe tool and take a few seconds for you and your breath, wherever you are

What else do you need to know or do to make Honeybook work for you?
